866-542-8165 called today s****ing at 10:15 AM. Calls do not show a caller name or ID by state of phone carrier . They do not leave any phone message they just ring and ring our phone as a form of harassment . We are on the do not call list but they do nothing to stop these calls . It looks like they protect these unwanted scammer / spammer / hacker telemarketers .
