Leave a CommentProfesional Recovery Systems is calling me asking for money for debt I don't owe and the statute of limitations expired 4 years ago. I have sent then a legal letter advising me to cease and desist otherwise they will be reported to The Attorney General . They continue to call and now they are facing legal fines for their agressive manner
Multiple calls to person not at my number. Phone finally answered "Professional Recovery" Googled that and got Professional Recovery Systems, Inc. 20 Great Oaks Blvd, Ste 240 San Jose, California 95119
Calling my number for someone I have never heard of. Called them back told them they have the wrong number. Continue to call. Have called me twice in the last hour. Just a recording no person. Have called the number back and it just rings! Did a search on the number can't find any information on who the company is.
