this place called my cell phone up to four times a day. usually around 9am them around 12 etc. sometimes they'd leave an automated message sometimes not. they recently s****ed using the #888-387-1476 as well.this number is a FRAUD. when i called them back they claimed to be deposit recovery and asked for my name and account #. wachovia would never call you and ask for your information- they already have it. FRAUD.i spoke to a ***nch representative who confirmed this. when he called them for me they said they were from "the overdraft department". i had recently overdrafted so i almost believed them... don't fall for this scam.

Message said it was from Wachovia.  They've never called me about overdrafts before ... wonder if 6 Feb 2008 is right?  Predators?

The phone number is from a predator. WACHOVIA DOES NOT call it's customers to make payment arragements for negative balances. Also, there has never been a letter issued to the customers regarding this "NEW" process....the b***h on the phone told me that it was a new department.

This is Wachovia Bank. I had an overdraft on my account and was called by them to arrange a payment to handle the debt.

They call 2 or 3 times a day...sometimes they leave a recorded message and sometimes they don't....why???  Who are they????
