Called at 8:04 am. As I answered first thing they s**** is with the statement this call is being recorded, asked for somebody other than me, then continued asking about him, after I told him a thousand times I did not know this person or his wife I got to asking him and his Indian accent what is was about, and he just said trying to collect for Amex.
AMERICAN EXPRESS Collections - outsourced to India. Calls my number with an auto d***er and ****s up when I answered and explained I am not a male named Eugene. Calls before 8am (illegal collection practices).
Shows up on caller ID as international number but with odd digit placement? +86 658-06552?? Why does it show up like this? No message left. I will not be answering this weird international looking number.
