Leave a CommentHe called my husband's aunt and uncle (who live in a separate state from us) to say they were trying to get a hold of me and need my most recent address. I'm unsure how they can find my husband's aunt and uncles house number but couldnt find my parent's number or even my husbands! I have no debts on my credit, and my most recent paid off last year was an apartment (which I have proof I paid.) I have NO idea who this is, and when I tried calling they were closed, they said it was time sensitive.
I recieved a v/m by a Jim from the ADR FIRM with this num aswell saying he had a order sent out for me and that he needed to call him asap to provide him with my address asap in a rude aggresive tone. when i researched it the results indicated a debt collector
I receive calls from this # saying they are the ***tington Firm. They have been calling me for months threating to sue me but not sure if they are just very agressive bill collectors?
They state they are from ***tington ADR firm and they have processed papers for me and yet they were undeliverable.... that I need to call them asap or they will put in a modification a***nst me
