Trying to sell toner once a month with a sly angle.
Tried to create the illusion that they were somehow involved or responsible for the delivery of our toner that was on order, about which there was "some confusion" that they were trying to resolve. I asked for their phone number which they gave me. They wanted to "fax the transaction for my information" - I said no thanks, I'll take it up with my local sales rep. Then I looked up the number. Thanks for providing this look-up service.
Trys to sell toner and will have it delivered and invoiced.Recorded message Answers phone as Direct Supply Center and leave message. Canceled invoice "third party" billing service, IDService, then calls with additional offer of 50% off, etc. Still refused and billing service asked if I was refusing sttlement offer.
