Same as what everyone else said. I confirmed i have no civil complaints a***nst me in my county. I never responded though because i****umed this was a scam.
call from 877-597-1174 ( disconnected #) then from a 866-597-1174 in Riverside, CA. They are claiming I have a civil case a***nst me. I called both #s and the 866 answers as Corporate Service. I asked for an address and it appears to be a UPS Store in a Marshall Shopping Center in Upland. Address: 154 W. Foothill Blvd. Upland Ca****68. Its a SCAM, dont provide any personal information.
Left message. Said if I didn't call back I would get a summons at my address. Caller ID popped up as restricted. They then called my brother's cell phone claiming it was a civil matter. I called back they answered "Corporate Office". They knew my address and last four of my SSN. I did not give any information except my name. I asked what company this was and he said Dudley Legal Services.
Said she was calling about do***entation about a complaint. Said they tried sending out a letter of notification but I never responded. Even gave me a reference number to use. The caller has blocked her telephone number, I have no lawsuits pending and I worked in the field of records retrieval and this is totally a scam.

got call said they tried to deliver paper to my home if that was case no one left a note. said they would fiole civil suite.
