Always calling, never leaving a message. I have no debt and I never answer to find out who this is. The most recent call I received was at 6:21 am, 41 minutes before my alarm goes off. I hate being woken up right before my alarm goes off.

They are rude debt collector!

I received a call from 866-611-3411 and I am annoyed.  I talked with the Fresno police and they said that this number is either a debt collector or a scam artist.  I was advised by the police to c****e my phone number but I am not sure if the new number will have another set of idiots.

Mr. Lucci was beyond rude, condescending, an uneducated idiot, small minded, insulting, hateful and just a pure S*B.  I am always professional, no matter how rude the client may be, however in this instance I so wanted to go a***nst the grain and tell this weasel what a P***K he was.I told him, kindly that I screen all of the CEO's calls, as it is part of my duty, my employer doesn't have time to deal with miscellaneous calls.  Mr. Lucci kindly told me and this is verbatim;  "You do realize that all he is doing is using you to screen his calls, that is a very sad job to have."  I almost fell off of my chair.  He then proceeds to ask if Mr. ****** is in and I respond ever so sweetly with, "Mr. Lucci, even if my employer was in, he would not be speaking with you, in fact, you won't be speaking with him ever."  CLICK.I don't know how these people are allowed to treat individuals so poorly.  I told my boss the story and even he went through the roof.  If Lucci is smart, he won't speak with my boss now or ever.  Signed, the poor woman that is employed to screen calls.....

every time they call they call from a differant number

They call and leave no messages.  No one in my family has debt issues.

They are calling my place of employment. Simon called today, he was very very rude.  [Said he was calling about a personal business matter.  He is looking for anyone who works with you.  I told him that I couldn't forward a personal call like that and it is best for him to leave a voicemail.  He wasn't satisfied with the answer so I offered to send this email.]  I called this man, and he was very rude I tryed to talked with him, he had called random extensions in my office, trying to locate me, it is my understanding he had been very rude with the people he was able to talk with. I have been very ill and out on leave of absence, and because I did not have a checking account, he could not work with me, he also told me he would note the account as a refusal to pay and they would take further actions a***nst me, then he ***g-up the phone.  I'm going to seek an attorney..Simon Plaxis  866-611-3411 ext 113

I get calls from this number ALL the time asking for a Molly Hill, I am sick of them calling. I have had my number over 3 years and they claim pushing two will remove your number but it doesn't! I am sick of all these calls from this number.

Who is this - 866-611-3411? they call my phone everyday asking for some person i never heard of. it is an automated message saying if ait this is so and so, hit 1. if not hit 2. i hit 2 thinking they will quit calling but they still call.
