Called me and ***g up when I answered

I have received 5 or 6 calls from this number. The female caller speaks very fast; however, I've managed to decipher that she is calling from Premier Credit for the Indiana Dept of Revenue. She sort of mumbles the 'Premier Credit' part, but clearly*****ounces Indiana Bureau of Revenue in an attempt to frighten the person receiving the call. Neither the Indiana Dept of Revenue nor the IRS will ever, ever call an individual citizen at home about tax matters. They send letters!

I had a nice lady call me to say I owed the state OF Indiana about 270 dollars for back taxes. I told her that I've lived in Utah since 1971. She then wanted personal information. I repeated everything she said back and said. Lady if you're with the state, you should already have access to this information and ***g up. (The area code for Indiana is 317 not 866)

Despite me calling them over 10 times to tell them that the debtor they are looking for does not live here, they keep calling me.  They call about 5 times a week. This is harassment.

I get them too, I ignore them I know it's a scam because I never lived in the state of Indianahow have they levied your account unless you gave your info to them

This company has levied  my bank account for almost $500.  They say it is for back ind. taxes.  We don"t owe this, and it is the weekend, so I have to wait  until Mon. to check it out.  Don"t know what to do.  The bank gave me the # and I didn"t know name until I saw it posted here.  It says the # blongs to Premier credit

This companys breaks every FDCPA law out there. If you get a call from them, contact your local Attorney General office.

Misleading comments are a violation of the FDCPA -- I would seriously think about contacting an attorney in your area --

1-866-618-1060 have been calling me for months saying I owe money to the State of Indi****! I don't owe any money!! Now they call leaving a message that they need to varify a reference for a friend or family member.

They say i owe back taxs from 2004 if i owed back taxs the (IRS) would contact me (not a collection agency) i think it might be a scam.

person left voice mail saying that they needed to verify some references.  said her name was bonnie dee.  she even spelled it.  did not call back.

This person tried to fool me by saying it was for a reference check for someone that applied for a job but it was really a bill collector whom I had told repeatedly that they had the wrong person

It was a recordning saying it was a collection agency for the Indiana Department of Revenue.
