Leave a CommentThey called three of us I called back on a different line the woman says she's just answering service for AVS? what is the case number so I gave it to her and she said they are looking for my husband and she said his name which it was very incorrect I told her I didn't know him she said okay will take you off the call list
Caller said they were a county representative and we're unable to deliver a court summons to me. I was given this number and a case number to call and request further information.
This person called my mother saying they were an attorney and they were going to take her to her to court for a $15K credit card that she owed from 10 years ago. She has excellent credit and doesn't owe any kind of monies like this to a credit card company.
