Leave a CommentMy employer insurance has OPTUM Rx as their mail order pharmacy. I got a call from these people from CVS Caremark telling me I owe them $$. I have a card on file with them AND all meds/refills have been paid for. She then wanted me to punch in my card number and information when she told me to do so... I realized when she told me to “go ahead” that we don’t use CVS CareMark... BEWARE!
