same thing here, Iv just cancelled with d***lewhite and got a cancellation number (not that i think this will be any good) and was told that no more money will be taken from my bank by d***lewhite but when i explained iv had £50.02 taken from bank on 18th sept from ultifresh and £50.01 taken on 25th by pristine, they recone they know nothing about these companies, where will this all end, i was widowed recently and have 4 children and money is tight, how can these people do this and get away with it, my bank recones they can do nothing, THANKS BARCLAYS. for nothing

My credit card has been charged $58.09 from pristne health. I never made such a purchase. I don't even know what it is and I don't want to know. Remove this charge immediately.

Wow, same thing happened to me. just billed once though immediately called bank and cancelled card. does anyone know if cleanwhites is the same type of scam? if so i have been duped twice.

The sa****ing happened to me that happened to Brian, I did send the product and received a refund but I have had to put a block on my card cause I have received numerous authorizations from numerous different companies****ociated with this **** D***lewhite. The same thing happened to me.  Free trial offer for 1.99 and I seen no monthly anything until after card info submitted because I definitely look for those when one time I was only signing up for coupons and ended up with a voicemail service on my bosses phone with a charge of 61.00.  Then we have the VH Access charge of 6.95, the ezykit charge of 8.53 and an additional charge of 79.95 with the name of Whitesmile that goes with the Pristinehlth charge of 79.28.  I had called and canceled the D***lewhite (yet another name that goes with the whitesmile and pristinehlth) after I received the package of 4 d***lewhite pens with an invoice of 79.95 but after speaking with one of their condescending disrespectful representatives earlier this evening when inquiring about the other three charges, I discovered each tube is 79.00 plus!!!!  They're out of their minds!!  They****ured me that I would be reimbursed after they receive the pens i returned two days ago.  And for the other charges VH Access and Ezykit I would have to call them and of course she gave me totally different numbers to call than what listed on your credit card statement.  I told her I didnt understand how she could work for a company such as that but then a***n they're probably trained and forewarned of whats going on coming into the position and receiving kick backs or commissions.  I use to feel safe paying my bills and ordering off the internet and now Im having seconds thoughts and definitely reluctant.

I was checking my email & recieved some email talking about trying so****ing  4 only $1.99 & as i read didnt c no other fees until after i submitted my card # and then on the next page theres  so****ing about taking bout $79 & so I tried immediately sending a email 2 cancel any transactions cuz knew i didnt have money 2 spare and what made it so bad they didnt even cancel the transaction until a week later but I'm not going 2 let-up on this cuz jus bout 4 years ago lost $850 on ebay,so if I can leave some advice PEOPLE STOP TRYING THINGS ONLINE cuz these scammers r out 2 get U anyway possible

Happened to me too...seems getting a free sample signed me up for about 5 different monthly charges for services I never read about or agreed too.  888-948-5*** seems to be a valaid number for D***le White

I fell for the "free" sample offer which came from a very legitimate web site.  My Visa statement had four charges: “VH Access” $3.24 (which I called and cancelled), “Whitesmile” $58.71, “ezykit” $7.14 (which I also called and cancelled), and “pristinehlth” $58.09.  I called my CC company and they immediately knew of this internet scam (apparently its wide spread).  I was able to put some of the charges in dispute status.

also check your CC statement for a bill from VH Access (they actually answer their phone) - this is a payment protection plan you probably got signed up for too, for $6.95/month.  they will cancel it and provide you a cancellation number.

Yes, we were ****ed into this B/S scam by the same D***leWhite ad, linked to these other two companies.  Besides Pristine Health, the other is UltiFreshWell, same $$ amount, same no phone number.  Bet bet is to cancel your CC card and have your issuer re-issue you a new one.  Make sure the issuer marks the previous card as Lost/Stolen so NO activity can be posted to it, especially Card Not Present transactions which is what these Internet scams are.

Follow-up to "Pristine Health", phone number:  866-676-4122.  It appears that the collective "we" fell into purchasing online, "D***le White/Smile", dental whitening agent, resulting in joining an affiliate, "Pristine Health."  A couple of days ago, I had an extra charge of 6+ dollars.  I contacted the company to cancel, got a condescending individual who informed me that I was informed on the conditions.  That portion was canceled, however, it appears that the affiliate has to be canceled as well.  Even with this being said, I still filed a dispute my bank.  Good luck to all of you, and, I hope this helps!

Received an unauthorized debit on my debit account on 9/8/09 - $79.28.  I called the phone number listed on my bank statement - NO ANSWER - and I let it ring at least 20-30 times.  Additionally, on the statement it states, "Pristine Health."  Thank you for those of you that have commented on this - I had contacted our bank the moment I saw this, it has now "cleared" so now they can in fact do so****ing about it (sometimes errors are made by vendors, stores, etc., who i***vertently punch in the wrong number, therefore, the bank/s give them a chance to correct it.  Anyway, and a***n, thank you for your comments.  Since it has now cleared, I am now calling the bank back, AND informing them of additional complaints - obviously this is a scam!
