Hassle about owed debt.
I just got a new pay per minute cell phone and new number. S****ed getting calls from another 888 number so figured it was someone trying to track down the old user of the phone # I was****igned. Got tired of the calls and called back to ask them to stop. It was Citi. The person that took my request said the calls should stop that day. They did. But now I'm getting calls from this 888# so it must be someone from Citi calling to ask how my customer service was. What a PITA !

If this number continues to call your home, contact your state's Attorney General's office or state Office of Consumer Affairs for complaint and investigation. These calls should also be reported to the Federal Trade Commission to be investigated. The only way to stop caller scams is to report them.
Got one call today; & thanks to the posted reviews of others like me, I have identified to my satisfaction CitiBank as the source. 3 of 3 reviews which indicated a source iden***y showed Citi as the perpetrator. No one else was mentioned in the remaining reviews.

They call at least 5 times per day from 8am to 8pm. Harassment. No one is ever on the other end. I have no credit cards or Loans of any kind. Pure Harassment!!!

They called at 12:13pm, 4:03pm & 7:15pm same day! Got ma****e & ***g up. I agree it must be Citibank, as I've called them twice about my bill in the past week. ******s could at least be courteous & leave a message.

Harassment on the phone
got call on Sat. message wants me to call "Mr. Stanley" on monday. Threaten some type of action. I called back to see if it would ID the company, but no such luck. Had recieved earlier call from Citi cards survey ma****e.

received a call from this number from Citi Cards, when i called it back it was for survey purposes only. If you had spoken to a Customer Service Rep previously this was a follow up call to do a survey on service. no need to call it back.
