I have been getting calls from this number daily even since I released my storage unit from Public Storage about two week ago. I have been renting the storage unit for over 6 years and have finally been able to empty it. I am very irritated that this compamy would try to continually call and not leave some message. I answered a couple of times and only got a "**** up" without any words spoken by them. My advice is to use another storage company to avoid these types of tactics to remind you that they are in business!

Many calls per day, no message left.
Public Storage!!! I made a reservation and after receiving poor customer service once I was actually at the facility I decided to cancel my reservation. Since then, they have called non-stop for over a week trying to get me to reconsider and become a customer. UGGGGGH! SO ANNOYING!!!
I got roughly two calls an hour for several days in a row and Im ****ed! Highly annoying! We just took our stuff out of storage, bill paid in full so what could they want?
