Leave a CommentThey called me last week stating that I was delinquent in a payday loan...I told them that I had taken care of all of my payday loans...they had all my information...called me a liar told me to get a good attorney. I did not hear from them for a week and calls have s****ed. They won't tell me the name of the company they work for told me it was not my business nor will they send me proof of the matter told me it was not my concern and that my only concern was to pay the money.
Payday loan scam. Claims they will settle for a lower amount over the phone for a fraudulent payday loan. Otherwise they claim they will take you to court if they do not receive payment over the phone right then. They will say almost anything to scare you into paying. They **** up once they realize there is nothing they can get from you
