Leave a CommentI received a call stating that they were going to serve me with papers between 3-5pm today. they stated that if i was not at home they were going to serve it to my place of business and they needed for my supervisor to sghn that i received it. There aught to be an investigation into this. they need to be prosecuted to the fullest.
Pre-recorded call - Call came from Law Offices at 262-432-3509 promising to deliver legal do***ents tomorrow. We must be there to accept, OR ELSE! "Paul Murray" at 866-755-9648 was referenced. I traced the call back to a 'law' office in Elm Grove Wis at 262-432-3509 and rthey are trying to collect a debt from someone with same last name. The concept is hostile and I have had problems with this before. This IS an unsolicited attempts to collect a debt from the wrong name/family . . .if pursued, I will engage and retaliate!

STATED THAT SOME LEGAL DO***ENTS R GOING 2 B DELIVERED 2 MY HOME BETWEEN 3-5P & I NEEDED 2 B AVAILABLE W/A PICTURE I.D. STATED IF I WASN'T AVAILABLE THEY WOULD ATTEMPT DELIVERY AT MY EMPLOYMENT & NEED A SUPERVISOR OR HUMAN RESOURCE PERSON 2 WITNESS THE SIGNING. STATED A PAUL MURRAY STATE LICENSE ID 626CRW WOULD B THE 1 DELIVERING. STATED IF I HAD 2 RESCHEDULE OR HAD ANY GENERAL ?S 2 CONTACT THE FILING PARTIES CLAIMING OFFICE AT 866-755-9648. A***N DON'T FALL 4 IT. SCAM.

Received the same message as Bob.
Caller did not ask for a person but indicated he had legal papers to deliver via same day courier services. Asked for us to be home at a certain time and indicated that if not home, would come to place of business to deliver but must have supervisor present to sign for delivery. Sounds like a scam. Left number 866-755-9648 to call and verify. No answer.
