Message from Michael Nelson today twice within a few minutes of each other. It came up out of area on caller id, but the message left the 866 number. I called back and after being on hold about 30 seconds I ***g up (noone had answered. The second I ***g up the phone out of area was calling a***n. Some guy said "hello you just called me and ***g up. Do you want to take a message?" I didnt respond. He said "Well **** up the phone so I can call you back and leave you a message". I thought how strange for a legit company to have caller id and call back someone within seconds of them ****ing up from calling you.

This phone number calls many times a day at our business and on my husbands cell phone. They say they are with the ER Group but when I ask what is the ER Group they are rude to me, and loud, they ask for my husband name and I tell them that he is out. When I ask to take a message they are rude a***n, so I s****ed just ****ing up on them they would not give me any information. So they say I will call your husbands cell phone. They are harrasing our bussiness by calling one right after the other constantly. If they are a debt collecting agency they are calling the wrong person as we are not in debt to anyone. I do not want them calling any more they are interferring with our work. I told them I would turn them in and the woman said "Go for it baby" How immature.
