Leave a CommentI ca;;ed back the number and got a recorded message from Bank of America. Its their telemarketing department. The message also asks, and lets you plug in your own number to be taken off THEIR do not call list. Since i do business with them they have the right to ignore the national DNCL and bother me as much as they want. Of course they say (twice) that "it takes 30 days to process your request", what theyre really saying is, "okay, so your name is off our call list, but we're still gonna pester you for 30 more days because our lawyers have found a legal way to beat the system once a***n. God, i hate BOA, and lawyers.
I receive a call from this number once or twice a week. When I called the number, I receive a message that "this is not a working number".
this number has called at least 20 times in the last 2 weeks. I don't pick up and they don't leave a message. How can we get them to stop calling?
