This may be a legitmate operation but the person I spoke with was very rude and un proffessional when asked who he was he couldn't give me a legitmate dealership that he worked for. This is a third party buying out sourced information from dealership and trying to sell you bogus un needed products. If you ever receive a letter claiming immediate action is due within 72 hours it is some sort of scam. If you want to purchase a legitimate extended warranty contact your dealerships finance officer directly.
