They describe themselves as Synchrony Bank on behalf of PayPal at our cards/ supposedly loc on Utah and call back is the same number - do not call!

They won't stop calling and will not respond to emails

Call about 7 times a day. Has so****ing to do with my husbands Amazon store card. They wont let up and they will not leave a message. When I did answer I offered to take a message for him and they ***g up.

i PAID full amount for item bought via amazon on time and now they charged me a late fee, i refuse to pay they keep adding to late fee. from zero balance, they beLiEve i will pay them 105! and they have been harassing me every day in the last 3 months with 4-5 calls! my message to them: you are a scam & spammer

This is, I am told, GE/Amazon calling to collect on an overdue bill. I have had this account for over 5 years and have NEVER been late, almost always pay off my balance every month. What is going on? I understand that GE/Amazon is now being taken over by another company. What do we expect then? I don't think it will be a positive move for the customers. I am Mad as***** !

Just like all of you. I can not pay my bill because they have never sent one. The goods were quick and good and my account said I paid it. Now they want to call me .. It's my turn!

These people call all hrs of the day and night. THEY tell you are past due when you are paid even ahead on your account. Never been late in fact i have always paid in advance. Also i checked my credit bureau rating and it was almoxt ***fect score because i never want a low score. They have filed a delinquent account charge a***nst me that was not delinquent and now they have tarnished my credit score falsely and they call and when i answer and s**** telling them my side of the story they **** up on me. How do you get this resolved.

Thanks for the info! I answered once, they said that had an important message for me, and left me ****ing for 1 1/2 minutes. Second time, dead air. I agree it's bad business for amazon.

I always make double payment every month on my bills so i dont know why they are calling me for.

After doing the reverse calling thing it looks like I'm being called because of a $100 gift card I purchased for my Sister last Christmas on Amazon.  I guess G.E. and Amazon have merged or so****ing.  Anyway, My bank account has had the $100 deducted.  They are calling every day, Even when I pick up it's just a recording.  Well, this was a total waste of breath, I have no Idea why I'm even typing this.  LOL, I'm such a *****!  Atleast I'm not alone.  ;^)

This is getting ridiculous, I was 2 hours late on my payment (payed at 7pm instead of before 5pm). Now even though my balance is $0. They still wont leave me alone. When I answer they just **** up before I can tell them that I payed off my card ages ago. What kind of customer is service is this! This is tarnishing amazon.com's good reputation.

Amazon calling.  I never got a bill. Called them twice when locked out of online system when I tried to make payment.  On hold forever, then I couldn't understand person at Amazon/GEMade payment 2 days ago and they are still calling me.No more AMAZON for me!!  I'm DONE

GE Money Bank calling about Amazon credit card. Finally spoke to someone, although it took 20-30 seconds of shouting "hello?" into the phone.

GE Money - I was late on my amazon card payment so they call almost everyday - twice a day.  Morning and evening.

Robo caller for GE Money Bank. They don't send paper bills, they just charge you $20 and harass you when you're late, and lock you out of paying online, or say they can't guarantee that a mailed payment will be credited on time. It seems GE Money tries to make the most basic functions difficult, so they can stick you with fees.Other phone numbers for GE Money are 866-634-8379 or 866-869-4671
