THIS LEVELS THE PLAYING FIELD: call their toll-free number numerous times from a public pay-phone. Everytime they pick up, they have to reimburse the company of this pay-phone more than $0.50. It's gratefying to know that they have to pay to hear your complaint. The more you call, the more they have to pay.
