FIA is Bank of America

They called and said they were from FIA ! Then asked me  to make a payment over the phone for a credit card payment that is over a month late. I am NOT late, so I asked what is the credit card company and was told that the would not say.. Isn't that so****ing, they want me to send a payment to FIA some one I have no clue as to who they are and for a credit card that they can't tell me and iIam not late on!!!

This caller seems to have call center operation. What seems to be a automated outgoing message informed me by name that they are "card service" and that my company card had a c****e of status. It instructed me to press "1" if I was the person they were calling. After I pushed "1" I got a guy on the phone who asked me to verify my iden***y. At first I thought the guy was from my bank (since my wife send the call to me) that I s****ed answering his questions. When he said the answers I gave did not match his record, I suspected that it was a phishing expedition and that he was trying to squeeze more information from me than what is normally shown on a monthly statement. So I told him that I would check with my bank online. He then said OK and wished me a good day. I really think this is a scam!

I got an automated call telling me the status on my business card has c****ed.  I opt not to speak to a live rep.

This number called several me times and they never left a messageI called the number and it was answered "card services" but no rep came to the phone after several minutes on hold.

Called and left no voice message.
