This has called me several times. This is apparently the pre-legal department that buys debt for ERS out of Buffalo, NY. The guy was very rude and I never told him my name, just asked who they were and said thanks and ***g up. He called me back and said "Don't you want to know why we called, we are trying to reach ***ndon C." I said "I am not at all interested, but thank you" and ***g up. He called back and I told him not to call this number ever a***n and ***g up. He called a***n and said "Look Mr. C. I will call this number everyday until you call us and make arrangments!" I told him I had begun recording the conversation and then he said "Well, good for you" and I told him that I never told him who I was and that he was releasing personal information in violation of federal law" he then ranted for a bit longer and ***g up. He called back from 716-408-4697
Repeat calls for an Elaine Horn. No known person at this address Have called company several times to report wrong number concerned now will be targeted for iden***y theft.Calls have been coming for several months last one this date 2/26/08
