Though I agree with the last post that they are marketing, it was a bit of fresh air to actually learn that they are honestly trying to help lower people's rates. I have found the credit card industry calls to at times be pretty cut throat, but I went ahead and sent them my info to see if they could save our business some money. It was a completely secure process and sure enough we are saving over $200 a month on average and their customer service has been excellent compared to our last company. In fact, what they said was true in that our previous merchant company were overcharging us on a variety of "fine-print" fees. I know these calls can be annoying, but sometimes they actually are offering good service. How else are they supposed to reach new customers nationwide and what they are doing is far from illegal. I can understand and appreciate this as a business owner, especially in this economy. Put yourself in their s***s. They are American owned and operated and really did have an A+ BBB score. They must be doing so****ing right. I know they did my company some good.
