Answering ma****e picked up before i could answer.... a 'Mrs. Nichols' asked for a Mr. Burdell Williams.... I picked up the phone and she immediately c****er her tone and asked for my wife... On this call she said she was calling in reference to a Citicard account and that she was with another company... on another call she said she was with Alliance One.... this lady is very rude....... Could not even get an address or phone number from her to send a letter..
