Leave a CommentI spoke with Girlaldo at Extention 11066 who promised me that gm would inspect my Chevrolet Cobalt (at no charge to me) in order to determin if a repair would be covered under warranty. The following day, I Giraldo left a message for me to call him back. When I spoke with him soon after receiving his message, Giraldo informed me that GM refuses to inspect my vehicle for any defects in my car and that I would be getting no****istance from GM whatsoever. This car is barely two years old and has less than 26 thousand miles on it. Do not buy any GM products. They are manufactured with low standards and the customer service is a nightmare. They tell you one thing one day, and then turn around and tell you so****ing completely different the next. The most dissapointing purchase I have ever made. If you are thinking about purchasing a GM vehicle-save yourself the money, time, and headache.
