They call everyday, sometimes as early as 8:45 am and as late as 7:00pm. Ridiculous

A good work around is to ask for their official mailing address and mail them a cease calling letter (make sure you get it registered mail) when the mail is signed for and they call you a***n you can take them up courts for harassment. Look it up online.

My husband & I have both received this caller on our cell phones. my husband's phone number is one number lower than mine. They did their speal about their restructered loan and he told them that he's not interested and to remove him from their calling list. the rep claimed that her supervisor only has authority to remove his phone #. Another rep comes on and claims to be the supervisor and goes through the whole speal a***n. asking what our interest rate is, etc. I got on the phone and told her none of her **** business and they either remove this phone # from their call list or the next person they will be speaking to at this numeber will be our attorney. He hasn't received any more calls, but my number has because I never answer. they never leave a message either. Reporting to FCC. Advise anyone receiving calls from these people, w***ver they are, to also put in complaints to the FCC. We receive calls about 5 times a day from their automated system. VERY FRUSTRATING! The FCC better do so****ing with this.

No matter what you do they will not stop calling. I have been getting calls from for quite some time. Since January 2012 they have stepped up the calls, 4 or 5 per week, up to 7 times per day. Sometimes the system ****s up when I do answer. I have asked them to take my number of their list. I have asked them to not call me. I am not interested in refinancing. Their response is they don't want to do a refinance, they want to offer me a restructed loan. I told them no, NO!!! and they just won't stop. If you are nice on the phone they won't shut up. If by mistake I answer, I just go off the handle and they **** up. I finally blocked them, but they have more than one number. I see that that call people who are on the do not call list and that they have numerous complaints with the BBB. But nothing stops them.

Got a call from these people they are spammers

Called the number and found out it was a service for veterans to lower their mortgage rates. Told them my mortgage was paid off and also that my number was on " Do Not Call" list and that if they called a***n I would report them. Will wait and see now.

They said they were with Amerigroup and trying to sell a lower interest rate on a home. I told them we were on the no-call list and asked how they got the number and they ***g up but call back almost daily. I can't find a mortgage co. with that name?? Most ANNOYING!!

I spoke with someone who says his name is cameron bard. I told him to take my number off his list. He stated that he would give it to the IT department and it would take 24 hours for my number to come off. This was Thursday the 10th of February. They are still calling at 8:26 in the evening.

Getting calls just about everyday, sometimes 2-3 calls a day. Have asked them to be removed and to stop calling but they continue to call. It is vey annoying.

They will not take NO for an answer, which normally is a good quality in a salesperson. However, when they s**** getting pushy, that's a different story. For a company that claims they are only out to "help the veteran" and "have been in business since 1936", taking NO and moving on should be up on the list of the polite thing to do. Could go a long way.  Stay away from this company. They are predators.

Call the number back and DEMAND that your number be removed immediately. This will require that you give them the number you wish removed.

I have been receiving calls from this number, sometimes 3 - 4 times a day. Twice I have answered and told the representative to cease calling me as there isn't anything they can do for me but they keep calling. They are trying to convince me to refinance and I have told them I just refinanced and I had a great rate. I told them what my rate was and that it was fixed and that they couldn't get me any lower but that just fueled there fire and they keep calling.

5 calls in 6 days (to my cell phone) after asking them not to call me/take me off their calling list as I am happy with the company I have. I just blocked the number and filed with the Better Business Bureau. The already have 201 complaints! File with the BBB!

They s****ed calling me 2 weeks ago.  The phone will ring with their number on the caller ID but then it ****s up when I pick up the call.  I called the number back and thats when they do their sales pitch.  If they ask if you are a veteran, tell them NO!  I get 3-6 calls a day and they say it takes a few days to get off their calling list, they are freaking liars, it's been two weeks.  I'm calling the BBB.
