They call our house at least once a week and have for the past few months. We just **** up on them because they ask for my dad but by his middle name. Very few people called him by his middle name and they actually use a shortened form of it. If it were truly collecters, I would think that they would use his first name that is on all his bills and such. It showed up as a toll free call.

This is my 13th call in the last few day.  They do leave a message, generic, stating that this is not a telemarketing call and to have ....call back at the # provided.  I am not the only one using the cell phone and the others using this line, know that it is a collection call.  Not all are aware of my cir***stance with bills due to medical expenses over the last few years.  I did work with the creditors that worked with me, but not with the ones that made it very difficult, by increasing the percentage rates, continuing the late charges, then over limit charges, until a credit limit of 800 increased to well over 5,000 after charge off.  I believe they increase each time it is passed on to a collection agency.

I got a new cell phone, new number etc.  I get calls from them repeatedly for the person that had the phone number before me.I have called back repeatedly and no one every answers.   I'm glad I found this site.Is there anywhere to file a complaint on this poorly managed company?

"EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISGUSTINGLY MEAN." in the above message is way to mild of an expression for the way I have been treated by these Bas-----! Even if you actually owed the money, you don't deserve to be treated like that.They fish for most of your information with trick questions, which I innocently and ignorantly gave to them, then they use this to further harass you.They blatantly violate the collection rules and calling restrictions, including frequent violations of the calling times allowed, which if the are actually attorneys, they are well aware of.Be advised their, iden***y is kept well hidden.  I don't know if it is they are afraid of being found out or if they are ashamed of how they function, either would be correct.If Brockfield Law Group,****ociates or Meridian Management Solutions or any other of their aliases comes up, just **** up.

These folks have been driving me crazy - they are just fishing, trying a couple of first names s****ing with my first initial. They have been told repeatedly that I don't owe anyone any money, that they have the wrong person, that they are breaking the do not call law and debt collections laws regarding harassment, and they don't care. I finally c****ed my phone account to get caller ID and that didn't make any difference. Is the phone company supporting  them? It seems to me they could provide some help to stop folks like this.

just received a call tonight and they said that there was ajudgement a***nst me. Is this really a law firm or a debt collector?

I only figured out the name of the company from finding this page after doing a Google search for the phone number. The message the lady who called left on the answering ma****e was rapid-fire. When I called the number back (with a blocked call set-up of course) and dialed the extension they gave (Ext. 6124), after the lady answered the phone and rattled off the name, I asked her "how is that spelled?" Rather than answer a simple question, she snapped "who is this calling?" at which I repeated my question. When she repeated hers, I said "I will get to that in a moment, how is the name of this company spelled" and she really got rude with me so I raised my voice and said "GOODBYE!" and ***g the phone up. I do not know at this time if they are a legitimate creditor or not but I wanted to vouch for what the others said with regards to the rudeness in which they were treated. The lady who answered the phone was a real b***h which may or may not be a policy with that company and those who work for it, but the claims of the others about the representatives from Brockfield and****ociates being rude was also so****ing that I personally experienced about an hour ago today.

Needs to stop calling me, gets phone calls all day long also in the early mornings... I have not a clue who the person is, but when I do catch them calling i try to explian and they tell me this is the number that he gave to me, then they try to argue with me, to that piont where I  just pretty much have had it and go off on them, they need to stop harassing me is annoying..

This is the fifth company in four years that is accusing me of owing a debt - that I DONT OWE.  Two years after paying off a credit card and never receiving anything from the cc co, a mysterious collection company (mind you - two years later) s****s calling me.  I write them a long letter w/the evidence demonstrating I dont owe the money.  They quit calling me and since that time my "name and debt" has been sold to three other companies and now to this harassers.  They like the previous three, will not listen, will not send any kind of proof of the debt (since they cannot) and are EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISGUSTINGLY MEAN.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to get them to stop calling?
