**** up on the robo caller and call Citi. You must have applied for a card... Never give info out without independent verification. This robot called me today. It ID'd itself as being from Citi. I rejected the call and then called Citi customer service to verify. They transferred me to Enrollment department who asked for my number and they confirmed they did call me today. They were telling me I had been accepted for a card. I told Enrollment Dept. that their robo caller is a bad way to contact people about financial info. Also, never take advice from people who use all capital letters. You're welcome.

Do not give them information of any kind! They ask for basic verification of info that CITIBANK already has on you!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM INFO!!! REPORT THIS TO YOUR STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE IMMEDIATELY!!!

Several calls to my AT&T cell phone from 866-842-8118, early in the morning and at other inconvenient times. Never connected with a person. It's always a recording and once when I tried to call back (to say stop this!) I got a recorded hold for longer than I was patient enough to wait for. Very annoying.

This number is related to Citi credit cars. When I returned the call they told me my application had been approved.

I signed up for a citicard and s****ed receiving calls from this number within a couple days. Not recognizing the #, I let it go to voicemail. They called 7 times - including after 10pm over the next 4 days. Knowing that citi never calls you I just ignored it and they stopped calling. Never contacted or gave them any info. And yes, even though I never talked to anyone from this number, I did get the card, so I believe citi must either use this secondary contact to get you to sign up for stuff you don't need, sell your info, or have poor security. The fact that this company is claiming to be citi with regards to an account is unsettling especially when it had nothing to do with me getting a card anyway! I have had 3-4 cards from citi and this has never happened before. So, my advice is to do what I did and ignore the calls.

I applied for a new card with Citibank and got a call from this number 3x. I didn't pick up but their voicemail said to call them back about the card.
