Answering ma****e that calls my residence daily looking for somebody that doesn't live here.

calls repeatedly, rings twice then ****s up before u can get to it......I have been on NDL for many years, and for many years I get ppl calling, and claiming we are not trying to sell you anything, if you are calling me and explaining your business to me, then YES you are trying to sell me so****ing, you are trying to sell me on your business.....National do not call list, is s****ing to be a joke. Seems like i get more calls now, than before I put all of our phones on it. I will be s****ing to block any number that calls me and doesnt need to be wasting my time.

This number calls and someone just breathes on the line. They do not leave a message but I traced the number, that is why I know that it is NCO. They also call my husbands cell number and when he answers they **** up on him!

I just signed up for a new Verizon cell phone plan and this number keeps calling my phone. Due to a heavy demand Verizon has shorted the time period for the recycling of their numbers. The prior user of this number must owe some money. It an automated system and attempts to reach them and have the number deleted have been futile.

0560 This is a debt collector on my grand daughter who lives out of state and visits us on special occaisions. So far we have received 4 calls. The last call which rang and left no message on the answering machime. Whatever the problem is, it is NOT any of OUR business and we don't want to be bothered

This company somehow got my cell phone number and called me asking for my ex-husband.

These people call several times a day always with the automated voice system. They'll call before 9 am & after 8pm. It's just really annoying. I found out that the comp. NCO had a class action law suit filed a***nst them in Pennsylvania where NCO is located. This co. uses over 200 different numbers. They call with a recording to call them back. When i called them back they cannot find my phone number in the system. The automated dialer/voice recording thing called back a***n 15 minutes later. same deal i returned the call, no number on file

these folks are calling my grandmother at a nursing home and will not pick up when I as poa try to reach them to resolve whatever it might be regarding. I think this is a sham as we have not received any collections notes or bills that have not been paid!

Have had several calls- I do not owe anybody and /or not late with anybody.Returned call and they will not tell me who they are trying to get hold of. They only want the number of person calling. I ask for nomber they are trying to get and no response. Getting tired od them-- I am also on the DO NOT CALL list for Cell Phones.

this # calls my cell phone day and night. they call first thing in the morning and twice through out the day and night. this is harassment!

This caller claims to be from a collection agency however they jam your phone line so that you can't call out. This continues for the duration of the pre-recorded message. Isn't it illegeal to jam phone lines?

They say it's a debt call which makes no sense...we've never had a late debt. They call our home about 5 times a week and leave mssgs on our ma****e. It's getting old and if we are home it's a recording to call Ms McClain's number Is there anyway to block this number....??????

I received two phone calls from this number today. After googling this number, I read that this apparently belongs to NCO Financial Systems, a collection agency that got in trouble in Pennsylvania for its business practices. My debts are already being taken care of and I only respond when they send me a letter and I know it's a recent debt that must be paid back. Apparently they are breaking the law a***n.
