These schmucks just called me, I didn't answer, they left a ****** message about solar panels, blah, blah. Nowhere in the msg did they even say WHO THEY ARE!

Spambots. Just push the Reject ****on ! They actually left a message: "If you are a homeowner and pay more than $150 per month for electricity, then call now!" S***bags don't even tell you why until the last seconds of their pitch that, yeah, it's for solar panels, like one of the other comments here said.
They called a few minutes ago, with a recorded message asking if our electricity was over 150 And mentioning electric companies may pass a 14% rate increase. press 1 to cast your vote a***nst the rate increase. I pressed it & they claim all there represen***ives are busy & to leave a message with name & #.
Telemarketers trying to sell SOLAR PANELS. "Call now for a free consolation"(sic). Spammers! Glad I didn't answer; they left a very poorly worded message and never identified themselves. Apparently, they're somewhere in Texas.
