Company had called me from 866-860-2708 asking for my name. I am currently under iden***y theft protection and have free access to my credit report/score which I monitor almost weekly. I do not have any account in collections, yet this company (claiming to be monarch recovery services) is trying to contact me. I called them back after 2 missed calls within a 5 minute period and they refused to tell me even who they were without me providing my ssn, home address and other info. I refused to give out such personal info and was ***g up on. This company has violated several FDCPA regulations.
Caller ID shows Monarch Recovery. Must be a bill collector calling the wrong number. Irritating, leaves no message.
Very annoying! No manners.
