I don't have any clue what or who this is?  Did anyone have any luck getting their money refunded?

Looks like I'm in good company then; I've got the same $18.77 charge on my account, even after telling the phone solicitor that there was no way I was going to pay her for the purportedly "free" information.I found a second charge for $94.89****ociated with phone number 866-702-6834; when I called, the after hours voice message was the same for both these numbers.I'll post a separate complaint about the second number, as well.

I recieved this on my bill and it was never authorized , I called to cancel it and have my money refunded and there is always a wait time of ten minutes or more.

Yes I too was billed for this!! With the excact amount! I feel I will never trust ionline services with my credit card!

I finally got through and google pro refunded my account.They told me that if you sighn up for some grant programs or other related sights-- that when you apply for one of the programs it automatically checks you for the others in which you may not have noticed, as myself. I thought I was being careful when I signed up for the alleged free grant infor. But  you know the story, .

Same as BOB L This number showed up on my credit card bill showing the vendor as GOOGLEPRO and a charge of $18.77. I never authorized this charge and will call the number and make sure whatever it is for is cancelled and my money is refunded! the waiting time thus far has been 15 minutes.
