Leave a CommentThis person must WORK for that law firm. They are a law firm for hire. The collection agency or some other en***y hires them out to scare you into giving up money from either a settled account or one that u have already closed. If it was a legitimate legal matter, OFFICIAL COURT DO***ENTS would have been delivered to you. Remember, NO COURT SYSTEM HANDLES CASES OVER THE PHONE!!!!
FWIW, we just got a call too. We will NOT be calling them back. We have NEVER defaulted on a loan, failed to pay, gotten behind, etc.
These people are calling you about a loan you defaulted on, set up payments, or pay in full! They are a law office and will sue you for this money!! Most likely it was a payday loan. If they sue you, they will add court costs and lawyer fees!! PAY YOUR BILLS!!! And the phone calls will stop! Some people are to ****** to figure this out on their own, so I thought I would help clear things up!!
Mike called me about a debt that I owe. I have never owned a credit card and he was very rude and demeaning about the fact I do not have any accounts open. He said he is going to sue me and I should be prepared....
Called about a civil matter.
My husband received a call from 716-651-0274 Signarale law office, they left message stating that they needed to speak with him in regards to a CIVIL matter, wanting to speak to him or his legal representive. Left call back #866-876-7234 Ext. 246. I googled the number and company name (very su****ious) and foung your site.
Called my work claiming a civil legal matter. Sounds very su****ious.
Received a call at work from VINCENT SIGNORELLI law office regarding a civil law matter (very su****ious).
Got a call about an ex-husband from over 18 years ago that I have not seen or heard from since then. They left a message on my phone. We just moved and we went through about 7 months of harrassing phone calls before they quit. Don't know how they got my current phone number as it is not listed in my name.
My husband got the same kind of call on 9-9-08 at 9:00 pm. They asked about a man he knew about 13 years ago, who was the ***her of an ex-girlfriend, and they asked if he knew how to get in touch with him. He said no and asked how did they get his name-our phone number is listed under my name not my husbands. They said my husband is listed as a relative to the man, which makes no sense to us. They haven't called back since. As far as I know they didn't ask for anything and just ***g up when my husband said he didn't know how to contact him. I thought this might be the ex-girlfriend trying to contact my husband, at first, because she did try to last year, now I'm not sure after reading your information.
This number came in through my work, after hours, it came through our call center in El Paso Tx, I live in Pennsylvania. I have no clue who this is and am very upset that they contacted me at work. where are they even getting my information?
Nonsense about a civil suit with no name attached to the "suit".
Some nonsense about auto warranty about to expire
Got a call 2 days in a row from Signarale Law Office (caller ID #716-651-0379) looking for someone who I told them I hadn't spoken to in years. i asked how they got my number and was told someone gave it to them. The aske me to pass on a message to which I a***n explained that I had not contact in years with the person they were seeking yet the next day they called a***n. This time I explained that they'd just been told that they should try another phone number on their list because I had no contact with the person and could not pass along any messages. Think that helped... of course not! someone else from the company called me today!
