keeps on going into my acct and taking out 6.78 a month. i call the number they give my bank when doing an ACH and no answer. my bank said they can not do anything about it. i have to try to invistigate and get it stopped. i have had it with them.
I don't recall receiving a call, but I did apply for cash-to-payday loans and today there is a $7.81 charge out of my checking account. WHAT is this? I will look into it further, but this CANNOT be legal!!
I was able to get through to the 866-886-1277 and cancelled any further attempts to withddrawl money from my banking account however I have tried several times and waited for over an hour to speak to a "representative".I just put my phone on speaker and let them play their music after I tried the website that was bogus. They managed to take 7.81 out of my checking account twice on the same day. What a scam. I still don't know if they will continue to take money out because I never spoke with anyone nor was I able to email my cancellation. I will be contacting the BBB after this entry.
