So they think by calling and threating with sending a file to their attys, that somehow I am legally liable for a debt which I do not owe I will pay it this black girl (based upon her accent and grammer) who claims to be a legal****istant is an ignorant aggressive collector.Told her to get a life after she could not give me the address of her law firm or disclose where she was educated.they buy old paper and threaten suit.  Even if they have the wrong person.  They  obtained a cell phone number which I got at Xmas for my daughter. They cant find my mailing address, Do Not Send Them A Dime

Got another call from this worthless number looking for a Gladys someone.  I have called them 4 times now to remove my number as I don't even KNOW any Gladys that would have used this number as a message phone.  What will it take to get my number removed?!??!?! All I can say is GLADYS PAY YOUR **** BILL!!!

I've recently received several calls from this company asking me to pay my credit card debt.  I told them I already did pay the debt so I faxed them a letter to show proof.  I have not heard from them since.

They called my cell phone, called me at wrok, and even CALLE OTHER BUSINESSES in my building trying to find me !!!  I ignore the calls.  They harrassed 2 people that answer the phones where I work and told them about "a settlement is needed by him" and disclosed inaccurate confidential information about me.  Too bad I know about lawyers.  $450,000 in 5 years in federal court trying to get a judgement a***nst corporate thieves that ripped me off.  Just laugh at the callers if they get through.  Don't let 'em get under your skin !!

i've received severals calls from this company harassing me regarding an old debt that I've already paid, threatening me with a law sue, even calling me at work, trying to get more information about me. How can we stop these people....
