I get this call once a week. What's the point for the national do not call list if they keep calling!

I know, I hate them! I don't think we even have any business with Rogers??? Our phones are thru Telus, for christ sake! Grrrrrr.........
I got two calls from this number within an hour. I tried calling the number to tall them to take me off the calling list, but just got a recording!!! >:( I hate getting these kinds of calls!!!
I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS **** NUMBER AND FOR WHATEVER REASON, I CAN'T ADD IT TO MY CALL SCREEN. THEY CALL AT THE MOST, 3 TIMES A F***ING DAY.F*** YOU, ROGERS.
National do not call registry......if you have service with Rogers, they can call you. Do not call registry is for companies and businesses the DO NOT have current business with you.
I've received 5 calls from this number. I finally answered it this morning but noone was on the line. They don't leave a message. They call mornings and afternoons weekdays and weekends.
And, we are on the "National Do Not Call" list.
They called me today, sa****ay morning. I live in Alberta. I didn't answer but I did call back and they claim to be a Rogers customer experience survey. It was all automated and they said I could not speak with them at this time, but that they may reach out to me a***n in the future. How do I know it's a scam? They called my SHAW landline, my cell is with bell, and my boyfriend's cell is with telus.
Exactly, I keep getting this call.
