Leave a Commentdidn't recognize the number, so didn't answer it. they left no message, so why would i even consider returning the call? ......especially since i can type the number into the searchbar and find out that this is yet another idiot who wants to waste my time with yet another scam. ......i'm on the 'do not call' list, too. gee - it does a lotta good.
Getting a number of calls from this on my cell phone. Never any answer but, of course, I get billed by the phone company.
scam. refers to my my wifes grand***hers last name. confronted them and they ***g up. said we had bought vacation in 1998 to orlando, which we didn't.
I received a missed call from this number for the first time yes****ay, they did not leave a message. I'm glad I found this message board - very helpful.
cALL SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK--WE ARE ON THE n0 CALL LIST. uSUALLY NO ONE ON THE LINE---VERY ANNOYING AND A WASTE-
this # is from some sort of travel agency. Very rude, calls late in the evening on my business line in spite of the numerous time I answer and they **** up on me
These people repeatedly call and ask for a Lydia that I do not know. I asked them several times to not call me and they keep calling. They're up to 16 calls to my cell phone in the past week. I'm on the DNC list. I have contacted my state police department's investigative team on them. This man also called me and cursed at me as well.
Very annoying calling day and evening.
Hey everyone,My wife has been getting calls from these people for months, even though we have requested they put us on their "do not call list." They are extremely cruel when they speak to my wife. When my wife informs them she is not interested, they typically call her a crude name and **** up on her. I am strongly considering a lawsuit a***nst these people but would love to go into the thing with as much ammunition as possible. If you have a story, I would love for you to email it to me. My email address is [email protected]. I would appreciate as much information about your run in with these people as possible and as much information about yourself as you are comfortable giving. WE NEED TO STOP THESE CROOKS/****S!!!!! I am so fed up with this **** and I can't seem to get them to stop calling.

Constant calls

Man just called and said my son purchased a vacation package back in February of 2001, he had his last 4 numbers of his credit card. He said my son put the charge on his credit card for $699 and did not take the trip and if he would like to extend the time for two years if he pays $99 today or he would lose the trip. I told him my son would not purchased a trip and not take it. I was upset because he knew his credit card number and all his information about him. I told him I was going to call my son and he then ***g up on me.
The guy stated I regestered with E-Tour & Travel website and won a free trip. I told him to mail all the do***entation to my home address and I'll have my lawyer review if for any type of scams and get back to you if it's legitimate. I asked him for the full name and address they had for me on file and he couldn't give me one. I laughed...I asked for his full name, direct extention as wells as an the call center location he was calling me from...he ***g up on me...LOL. I've learned to ****ard them with questions once they say E-Tour.
I had a unused vacation from Apr of 1998. Said it was a MC and gave me 4 ending numbers - funny - I have all my back statements and we never had a credit card ending in that number no did we ever book a vacation. I told him I would never give out a number and that I didn't trust them and ***g up. I don't want anyone to get scammed by these people!
Received a call just as listed above.Asked for proof I had paid $398 for a "vacation package + rental car," he states to me that the package was about to expire today and I had to pay $99 to extend for 2 years. I declined asking a***n for proof, he ***g up on me.Scam, no doubt. Checked internet; got this site - my su****iions confirmed.DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO!
He called me "i***vertently"-- meant to call a couple to inform them of their free, all-expense paid trip to Florida, but if I wanted to go he would just c****e the name. S C A M.
A woman told my husband that he won a vacation and wanted his credit card number to confirm. Later in the day another call from the same number and a guy said we spent $398 back in 2001 on a Florida vacation we never took and were about to lose it. I mentioned we were on the do not call list and he said he wasn't a solicitor. Obviously a credit card number phishing scam.
A man called from this number saying that I had paid for a vacation back in 2002 and gave me the last four digits of a credit card number. He said he was just wondering why we didn't take the trip. It seems I'm not the only person getting this call. They have called three times in two days.

When I answer the phone, no one say's anything. If I don't answer the phone the message is automated saying I need to call this other number because they have some vital information to give to me. I never call the other number but wish they would stop calling me every day. They've call during working hours and after hours. I'm being billed for these calls and messages!
Travel agency saying we bought a vacation package for Florida back in 2000 for $698 that we never used and they want to reinstate it for another $99 to still be able to use it. We never bought it - but he tried real hard to sell the fact that we paid for it and they just want to give me my money back - by me giving them another $99. This number calls us quite a bit - but usually no one is on the other end.
I would have remembered if I had spent money in 2001 for a vacation because we would have used it then. They have called about 6 times and on the few I answered I had 2 rude males to talk with and one seemingly helpful female. This type of marketing should not be rude high pressure if legitimate, I am a time share owner and have lots of experience. How do we get them to take us off the list as asked, twice I was told I would be deleted and they keep calling anyway.
This is not a scam. You really get a vacation packaged for 99 dollars. Yes you will have to go to a 60 to 90 minute time share. But for 99 dollars who cares. You go to work and get paid less than that for your time. Why not. Anyways the paperwork informs you that it is 60 to 90 minutes. If you are not interested just simply leave when your time is up. They will give you tickets and you are on your way. The informaiton they have on you is real. Unless a different person had your number. I'm not telling you not to be aware of scams but this is not one of them.
Man just called and said we purchased a vacation package back in 2001, had last 4 numbers of credit card. Gave me a phone # which we did not even have activated until 2005. Said credit was for $400 and I needed to extend today for $99 or I would lose it. Requested information in mail, he said he would send but needed money today. I said I would not pay $99 without seeing the information in writing. He then ***g up on me.
I answered a call because caller ID indicated they had called a few times and I wanted to know why. Girl asked for my wife by name. Later, my wife told me the caller had the last four digits of my AMEX card and said I had a credit of $598+ from last year toward a vacation I had not used. The girl and a guy she put on the line tried to sell my wife so****ing based upon a phony claim involved with my credit card number!
this # is for e travel and tours. they've called me several times, even though I keep telling them to remove my name from their call list. they pretend you've won a trip to florida and try to sell you a condo time share in florida. this is a SCAM, do not fall for it!
They are experienced conniving a**h**** who scam anyone who may think this is a great opportunity to vacation. All this is an attempt to sell time share nothing more. The representatives at the resorts as I hear say these ETour & Travel people always lie to customers to get them to purchase the vacation package but my question is why they put blame on them and continue to use them as a way to getting people to buy time share that is a old scam way to easy. I would advise those of you who get this call to quickly **** up and call your phone service to block them from ever calling you a***n. These E Tour & Travel agency convince you but the truth is you never get to enjoy ever you vacation since time share people keep you for several hours in tor indeed They called me today and I nearly fall for it but I contacted my credit card to cancel any attempt on them getting cash. I try calling these Etour representatives promptly back and could not get a response, so lesson learn DO NOT get court in their scam. What sounds good may not be so great. One last advice listen to your gut feeling.
i get this call during my office hour everyday, it doesn't leave a messege and there's no way to tell who/which area it is from.
Only paid $99 for 7days 6nights in Orlando and Daytona price included rental car, but the accomodations in Daytona were ****py. They told us that we only had to go on an 60 minute tour in each place but each tour took 3 hours. When we had any complaints the tour guide told us that etour and travel was just a marketing group and they lie to people all the time but then he proceded to try to sell us the time share. Same thing in Daytona. If etour and travel is to blame for all of our troubles then why do they keep the company. This was my second time touring with them and I have I'll never do it a***n. They only charged my credit card what they said they would but like I said the accomodations in Daytona are not all that great unless they put you in the Bahama House.
I get a call on my cell phone at least once a day and even on weekends. There is never a message. Extremely annoying.
Haven't gotten these calls in YEARS, but suddenly I'm a 'hot pick' a***n. Made the mistake of agreeing to their $400 down payment- had a good job then, and thought it would be a nice bday gift to my 'rents. That's when I learned while you do essentially get the trip-once you are down there, you are obligated to attend several high-pressure time-share meetings. I swallowed the loss as a lesson hard-learned. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM!!!!
Calls almost every day, number****ociated with etour and travel, told them months ago to take me off their call list
They said we have a free vacation package and we need to give them $99.00 to secure it. They even had the last 4 numbers of our credit card. They say they represent E Tour and Travel the number she gave us to call back is not listed on the web site for Etourandtravel.comSeems like a scam to me - the caller identified herself as Julie
Called my cell phone twice (unlisted and known to VERY few people). Obviously crooks
Called twice saying that their records show that in 1995 I booked a vacation on a credit card for $398, but didn't go. Their records don't show what credit card (no Visa, MC, etc. or card #)but of course they have my info from the phone book such as name, address, etc. For only $99 more, I can use the $398 as a "credit" toward another vacation. I think it is a scam to get around the do not call list and/or a slick attempt to simply steal a credit card number.
Has called me several times to let me know I won a free vacation, however, the catch is that they want us to pay them money in order to get it. ***g up on them.
