Kristina states a civil suit a***nst me has been reinstated and forwarded to their office. When I said I’ll wait to receive so****ing in the mail she says “you need to educate yourself, who uses mail anymore.” After replying that she’s obviously a bored *** cow she ***g up. 10 mins later my 80 yr old mother calls me because they called her....argh!

They repeated my entire social security number to me when I answered the phone! That part is really scary to me. They claimed I had a Capital One card in 2015 that I was going to be sued for if I didn't make a payment over the phone. When I asked for a website, they were rude and said I was being combative and they would rather just take me to court, that they make more money that way.

“Hello this is an urgent message my name is Alex Parker I was calling in reference to a complaint that has now been forwarded to my office I was also calling to let you know that they will be making an attempt to deliver out a notice of action to the residence located at your address…”

Stated that legal action would be taken if they did not receive a phone call. I told them to remove my phone number.

Here’s what my voice mail translated: I called them and they said I had an old credit card debt from 2007 that was being pursued. That account was sold. Chase bank confirmed it. They have nothing to do with it. They even called my mom. Like really?

Claimed they are calling about a law suite-even used the correct county I live in.

Says they have a complaint a***nst you bla bla bla. Will call your family and ask them to tell you to call. Always a blocked number

Came as a restricted number, left a voicemail for my estranged mother. Claiming she had a complaint for the county she lives in and she needed to call back or there would be action a***nst her and gave a file number and number to call. Searched on the county website and there is nothing with her name on there.

Said my husband had a civil law suit filed a***nst him, gave a case number. I went to Court House no file a***nst him.

Threatens legal action. Gave a case number. Called County Clerk - No case exists under that name. They said this is most likely a scam and I should wait to see if paperwork arrives as this is a common scam.
