Leave a CommentGot a call from this number. It was a recorded female voice:"sorry, wrong number".
tells me there want sell insurance and even knows my name ??????????????
Mine was a recording from a mortgage lender. Don't bother trying to call back, disconnects after the first ring. Best solution is to listen, make an appointment to meet rep during Friday night rush hour. When Rep shows, ask him how his commute was then slam door in his face. I've done this, very effective.
I get many calls from this number and somebody at the other url suggested to press *6 or *7 once they call up a***n, has anybody tried that?Anyway, i just let my answering ma****e take it, but it is so **** irritating!!!
These folks keep calling me. They say they are from the warranty division for my car and that my warranty is expiring soon...this is my final notice...blah blah blah. They give an option to be taken off the call list by pressing 2 but it doesn't work because they continue to call. I think they are phishing for phone numbers and s**** their caller ID. Telemarketers are required by law to transmit a valid caller ID and I think s****ing caller ID is now illegal.
....my mistake
