it's E-travel out of Orlando, Florida - the guy on the other end used the *f* **** repeatedly when I said 'thanks, but no thanks'- here's an easy way to avoid all unwanted calls - log the number in your directory as 'Spam - do not answer' - so when it appears a***n, you'll know not to answer and you'll know you didn't miss an important call.

I found out that this is Etour and Travel, Inc. They called my 8 year old's cell phone. I went to their website etourandtravel.com and emailed them telling them that they needed to quit calling my son's cell phone as he is 8, has no money and wouldn't be worth their time. They do ask for your name, email, and daytime phone number before you are allowed to send the message, but I just used bogus info and it went through. The info that I provided was "first name" Upset "last name" Mom "email addy" [email protected] "phone number" 800-800-8000. I don't know if this will get the phone calls stopped, but if they call a***n I will answer the phone and they are not going to like what I have to say.

I just called the # back & asked them to take me off the list. The lady was somewhat helpful & apologetic, saying my # will be off in 24 hrs

Calls couple times a day, sporadically. Asks for "Shakespeare" or "Roman". Really quite annoying. Not sure if this is an actual person, or a telemarketer, or whatever else.

If you have ID calling on your phone do not answer it or **** up on them when you answer. They will keep calling you. You keep not anwereing them or **** up when you are on the phone. They knew my name and my email id. They claimed I filled out a form on their website  which I did not. How did they know my name? The home phone is under my husband's name. I said to them to take this number off their calling list and the caller got right vicious about it. She angrily told me that maybe I shouldn't fill out forms on their website. I s****ed to laugh at this point and told her that she knew **** well that  I have never filled out any forms pertaining to E Tour and Travel. My concern is how did they know my name and email id? What else do they know? I'm going to check my credit card and make sure nothing weird is happening.

I just s****ed to recieve calls from 866-912-9285 today. no message was left and I ignored them. Only took a few seconds online to discover what they were up to. don't waste your time answering their phone calls. Just black their number if you can.

A gentleman called and Identifiied himself as from E-tour.  I told him I wasn't interested and he ***g up on me.  I called back the number on Caller ID, I told that guy what had happened and then that their customer service needed some work, and (get this) he ****s up on me.  SO, I call a third time and get "Matt" who answers the phone with, "Is this Amber?", apologies for the situation and tells me he'll take my number off their list.  Annoying to have to call twice, but hopefully this will be the end of it.

Received multiple daily calls from this 866 number. Never a message, and when answering it's usually dead air.I decided to call them. A very pleasent gentleman explained that E Tour was a promotional vacation company in Orlando FL, and that the reason they were calling was because someone in my household probably answered a survey about a year or so ago and as a thank you, they were calling us to let us know we had won a trip. All very nice.Except...prior to the gentleman mentioning the company name, I had never heard of them. Second, I rarely fill out online surveys and if I do, it's with companies I already have dealings with. Third, I never never never post my home phone, address or anything else online.

Just received a call on my home telephone land line from 866-912-9285 (traced). No message.  Just ***g up. Huh??????  What gives?

I told them I was not interested many times and was transfered to a "manager". I told him the same thing many time but he was determined to get my credit card information and wouldnt listen to what I was saying. Finally I told him that I was not interested and to take my number off the call list and to have a nice day, then I ***g up since he would not stop his interigation for information. I called back at 4:21 p.m. and spoke with "Janet" who stated she was with "E Tour" (I had her spell it twice). She said she was calling to sell me a travel package to Orlando, Florida for a family of up to 5 for $99... she said we would stay at the beautiful Sheriden on a lake about 1.5 miles from downtown Disney and that it also has a starbucks (??). I asked how she got my number (it is private and unlisted)? She said that I must have filled out and online form "LAST YEAR" to receive information on Orlando, Florida. She then continued her sales pitch. I then informed her that I live in florida and have year p***** to Disney and would never have or need to requested any information via online, mail or telephone. I told her to please remove my number from her list and her "companies" and that I am not interested. She said that someone else may have with my number and then ***g up on me.... I have to say she was pleasant during her pitch but was short and eager to **** up when I questioned her and informed her I lived in Florida and question which Sheridan she was referring to. BEWARE --- it doesn't sound very legitamate.

This number calls me frequently, and never leaves a message. When I do answer they ask for me by name, which is fine, and when I ask them who they are or what company they are with they **** up in my face.

Rc'd call from the number it is a timeshare in Florida.  My friend visited and gave my name, so from that standpoint I know its legit.
