866-914-5806 called 31 March 2022 at 12:15pm and 6:16pm. "Hello. This is an automated message from Spectrum about an important c****e in the status of the account belonging to _____. Please call us within the next 24 hours at 866-914-5806. A***n please call Spectrum regarding an important c****e in the status of your account within the next 24 hours at 866-914-5806."

Phone detected this a "spam risk" and I am a Spectrum customer. Did not answer.

4 calls within 1 minute. Called saying they were here to renew my Spectrum account, which is invalid because I work for AT&T and get my service/cable through them.
Said I had a purchase and to press 1. ***g up.
No name on caller ID. Called 12 times in one day.
The number is for Spectrum Cable and I am a customer but 12 calls in one day is excessive. 6 calls within a minute mid-day and then 6 calls within a minute in the evening. WORSE than spammers. They are now blocked.
Called saying it was a recording from Spectrum and gave a call back number that was the same as the recorded messages number. How does it work that you call the same number the automatic attendant is calling from? That is not how it works, the number you call back is different than the automatic attendants number. I think it is a phishing scam.
