Received a call from Robert to push 1 to talk to an****ociate, or to call 1-866-915-5209 for important information that I will be very happy to get.  All my enemies are dead so it can't be that...must be a scam.  Didn't call!

I've been receiving several calls from an Arkansas number 501-550-4562. since they wouldn't leave a message I haven't called it back...until today. I called the Arkansas number and the person on the other end answered simply*****o...I asked who it was "Frank" when I asked him why he was calling my house he wouldn't tell me...so the Arkansas number called back...I answered and go a Robocaller that gave me a message to call 1-866-915-5210...so I called they answered "Global" when I asked what type of business this was the girl was very annoyed and said "Financial" when I asked why they would be calling my number a***n she was annoyed and wouldn't tell me what type of business "Global" was in. She s****ed yelling so I did what everyone should do I ***g up...If you have a problem with any Bank or Credit Card company expect to hear from them first...not some ?company? who claims to be a collection agency...and since they wouldn't tell me what they wanted I figure this is a scam......Caller ID: 501-550-4562Caller: Global International

A Mr.****ette called from this number not to my phone but to my NEIGHBOR'S phone and requested to talk to me.  My question is this ... has anyone ever had their iden***y stolen from this "company"?

I have been getting phones from this number or a local number to call this number. No one answers or the message just leaves this number. This phone number is issued by Rogers Communications whom I have contacted about these calls. They are giving me the runaround and they claim no responsibility. I told the guy from Rogers that I am posting this on websites because they are saying they can't do anything. Send them emails to their investor relations people. When they get enough emails they will do so****ing. Next step is to file a complaint with the FCC.

I have been receiving calls from this number and they don't answer or we get message to call back. The phone number is issued or serviced by Rogers Communication who refuse to do anything. The contact email is:Bruce Mann

Three calls of this type in one week.  The last one was received July 16, 2009 by voicemail at 4:24 p.m. The message was identical to the one shown above as reported on February 17, 2009.  This appears to be a scam, but the nature of it is threatening and harassing.  This should be stopped.

For almost a week now Robert ? Arena? has been calling regarding an urgent matter and leaving a number to call back at.  I googled the number and found this site.  In one message he referenced a name that I'd never heard of.  So I called them back and the person they were looking for had the same last name but w***ver she was I'd never heard of her before.  It's like they're just taking a **** in the dark to call everyone with the same last name hoping to hit this chicks relatives.  Caller ID showed 2 numbers- 866-915-5209 and 877-234-1833.

This person is calling family members who have nothing to do with my account.  They are calling the number 352-461-4518 and I have asked them not call that number as it is my ***her's number and he is not on my account.  The woman was very rude and threatened to call my neighbors and w***ver else they wanted to call.

the verbage on the mssg I received was very ***ue and very stern/demanding. Left an 800# with ext for me to call back for a "Josh" which I did thinking this was for credit card solicitations and since I'm on the Do Not Call List....I was prepared to let them have it.  Imagine my surprise when they tell me they are a collection agy...looking for another person with a name that does not even come close to mine - saying that I had 24 hrs to resolve this matter...so I firmly, and loudly told "josh" to take me off his f**cking mailing list and to never call me a***n - ever.  He then said yes Ma'am...and I ***g up on him.  THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!

I have been receiving this call as well. But they ask you to return the call they do not say your name.  I figure if they do not say my name they are calling the wrong person.

I'm sorry if I come across as prejudiced but I just received a message from this person, most likely from a call center in central ****stan because I couldn't understand a freaking word he said EXCEPT - "...it is in your best interest to call my office...." - etc.....

yeah, same number, same story..... some guy named Josh called originally, when I called back pressed 0, got Bill. asked what it was in regards to, says a collection account with capital one. ****t hint...   there is NO capital one account!!!)  Bill asked me to confirm my DOB, I said no...  so he asked if HE could give ME my DOB, and have ME confirm it!!!  Got upset at me and put his supervisor "Jarrod" on the line for more BS.  TOTAL scam!!  whatever you do, DO NOT give in, these folks are trying to get info any way they can!  Oh! and the trick to re****g someone is by pressing 0.

A man called me threatening me that i must call him back in 48hrs or else, the number he called from had a 971 area code which is local to me however left this 800 # to call back at, i called back, its global so****ing, i told them to remove me from their calling list and they gave me the name of who they were looking for!!!!! First and last!!! This is a collection agency

I recieved a phone call today on my ma****e from this number stating just about the same message. That I had 48 hrs to respond in a threatening tone. No msg as to who or what they are calling about. Have no idea who they are. Has anyone returned their call and found it to be a valid call. I will not return the call given the feedback I have read and have no idea how they would have gotten my number.

these people called me at work, i don't even know how they got my work number. i don't know if they are trying to push cards on people or what, but i don't have a past due account with anyone. i don't even have a credit card. the message, a***n- left on my work voicemail, which is monitored and can be heard by anyone, was very general and non-descript, she didn't even leave the name of the company she works for in the message, just the number. i returned the call and immediately told the woman that i know credit places are not allowed to contact you at work and i told her that i would file a complaint if she or her company ever tried to contact me at work a***n.

My son just s****ed getting these on his cell phone. I called up and the guy said they had the wrong number. Nice. It might be a good idea to make sure you have the right number before leaving threatening messages for minors.

My elderly mother received a call from this phone number 1 866 915 5209 today, and the caller left a very threatening message about being in breach of contract, and if she didn't return the call within 48 hours, she would "suffer extreme consequences."

I've recieved several calls over the 10 months from a man who uses a threatening tone of voice to leave a message about my "non compliance" over a certain "matter" and says that I must call him immediately within 24 hours.  The man did not leave his name or state who he represents and I have no idea what he is talking about.I did a phone search and found this number is registered to "DANAILE."  Apparently this number is connected to Global Collections, www.globalcollections.net, and president Daniel Elmalem.

I received a call saying that the man was just informed of an urgent matter and that they were ready to present a new offer. I was to call someone by the name of Robert back. When I called back, they would not tell me who they are, just asked me to please hold, so I ***g up.

Received a call from this company but the names that he asked for was my brother and myself but used my maiden name. My brother and I have never signed anything finanacialy together.
