I got a strange phone call at my place of bussiness requesting payroll department. They said they were from brockfeild law group and they had a court order to attach someones wages. I gave them the acounting fax #. He asked me what was he going to fax? I said court order for attachment. Then proceeds to say that he realy needed to know if a processor or sherrif had served any papers here? Thats when the conversation went weird? Last I knew their is no need for papers to be served for atttachment of wages just court order? ***
They keep calling daily and leave messages asking to speak to Justin. He hasn't lived at our phone number in at least 7 years. This is a real nuisance. I had the same experience as Richard..."unable to connect..."
They've got a new tactic. Answering ma****e says, "Unable to connect you with a representative. Please call back at.....thank you." I say report to fcc.gov.
i request information about it, and i making payments but i don't receive any letters from them.
