Call IDs as TOLL FREE CALL ... Caller ****s up when answering ma****e takes call... This a call center in INDIA attempting to collect an 8 year old debt discharged by a personal bankruptcy on behalf of Tate & Kirlin, bottom feeders of the lowest order.

This phone number contacts me on a daily basis at least 3 times a day. They tried calling in the evenings and now they are getting bold and calling during the day and evening. Since I don't recognize the number, I don't answer and as far as I can see they have left no messages. How very irritating!

I figured out a way to beat these guys at their game.  SAVE their numbers they call you from.  This way, Tate & Kirlin shows up on your display.  I guess they could call from more than 5 different numbers and I can only fit mobile, home work, fax and pager into my memory.But there's what I do.  This way when my phone rings I can see right off who it is.  It will take some updating, visiting this site regularly but that's what I do.Of course, make arrangements to pay bills if this is why the turkeys are calling you.  Myself, when a human being doesn't leave a message I don't return calls.  When they're ****s I **** them off as far as talking goes.  I just write or fax them.  If they can't manage written communication, I have a good debt settlement attorney I'll be using and he'll handle all the guff for *****ere's the 2 cents from Postal Mike, Cincinnati, Ohio, that's fit to print.

They call every day but I don't know the number so i won't answer it and they don't leave a message. Wish they would stop calling. My cell phone doesn't have a way for me to block it or I would.

This is TKA, a third party collection agency that buys the rights to collect unpaid debts. They are not collecting for just one company they are collecting for any company who wants to sell the debt at a loss then they have every legal right to take any nessecary steps to collect even letigation. They are not a fraud even though they do s**** calling a***n after a few months when you tell them they have the wrong number. They call me trying to reach my ex-wife of three years over several different debts. She still uses my last name and uses my phone number when she applies for credit even though she is remarried and never used or was afiliated with my phone number. When I call TKA they are very polite and quit calling for 2 to 3 months then s**** a***n. I call them back explain it's my ex-wife and they ask If this is no longer her phone number. I tell them it never was and they say thank you. No big deal. They don't act as if I'm lying or ask any other questions and I have been doing this for over 2 years.

Tate & Kirlin...a very shady collection agency...makes up debts

They call my house for about 10 different people. They leave info on these people on my home phone. Real nice, right!? They call my cell phone ALL day long from about 7 am until about 10pm.  They will harass you non-stop.  They are a collections agency of sorts which is not accredited by the BBB.  I have read that they are a fraudulent company.  Do not answer their calls.  I answered once and the guy s****ed laughing at me when I told him to stop calling, he asked me what I was going to do. Amazing! This is not their only number either they have about 20 others they call from. My moto, if you don't know the number don't bother answering.

just got a new phone number 3 days ago.i have called these people with my home phone,told them to quit,they said they would,but got another one just a minute ago.i have to pay 14 cents for every call i take so i guess it is funny to them.

I have told this place to stop calling me. The caller refused to give me an address,only saying Philadelphia.

They call but don't leave a message. They've called for the past week but don't leave a message.

I get two or three calls from 866 923 5193 each and every day. My solution.. get a phone that blocks up to 20 different numbers.. ain't bothered by these ****s anymore.. I have a Panasonic phone.. love it..

Phone rang at 7:37P, my message comes on, they leave no message. Can't talk to idiots if they don't leave a message as to why they are calling.

These people never leave messages. I have no idea what debts they could be trying to collect. I have no car or home. I am up to date on my credit card payments, and I don't have to pay my students until I graduate. And I have yet to receive any notices in the mail.

all they would say was TKA and that they were a financial ins***ution. i asked if that also meant collection agency, he told me no; they were a financial ins***ution. seemed evasive when questioned why they were calling me.

Keeps calling

Recieved a call from TKA "Roy Rogers" some asian guy, how original. Left messag with family member for me to call him. I am currently unemployed, so send me so****ing in writting, you will get paid when I get a job. The last thing I need is to have these calls, while I am looking for a job.

gOT A CALL FROM A YOHAN TAYLOR ASKING FOR ME.  WHEN HE SAID HIS NAME I KNEW IT WAS ONE OF THOSE CALLS.  HE SOUNDED FOREIGN AND THE NAME IS AMERICAN.  THEY JUST DON'T GIVE UP.

They keep calling my cell and claim to be a collection agency, yet they don't even have my name right. Also I have only one loan out which has ALWAYS been paid on time. they continue to call, and call, and sometime use a 866-923-5193, i have told them they have the wrong number but will not take my phone number off their list.

I think it is a bill collector too.  I know they are very annoying, but if you want to have some fun, just string them along and talk as long as you can. Talk about anything except what they want to talk about.  try it it's fun!!

This is a Collection Agency for the Credit Card First Premier Mastercard.  Just wanted to let you guys know.  They call me 5 times a day.  It is ridiculous , and the bad thing is that I have told them over and over that they have the wrong person.

Its a bill collector, though he wouldnt discuss the matter with me.  Really pretty softball, compared to some of the other wrong numbers I've received.  They guys name I talked to was "james".  Probably Indian, given his slight accent and the fact that I heard the ring fade in and fade out, as calls that are rerouted overseas are sometimes want to do.

This is a bill collector, Tate and Kirlin****ociates or TKA for short.  They have nothing to do with Verizon.  They are very annoying and like to ignore demands to remove my number from their system even though the person they are looking for does not live in my home.

Repeated daily calls with no contact or communication when answered. I am unable to stop the calls an often do shift work.

Keeps calling my cellphone after I switched from a 206 to a 409 number. I'm about to pitch a huge fit to Verizon if this doesn't stop; I did NOT have this problem with spam and s**t when I still had a Seattle number.

Never heard of these people. I owe no bills and what I did have way expired  any SOL's. I am on the "no call telemarketing list." I will not respond BUT i want the calls to stop.

Received a call today at 2:36 p.m.  The Caller Id said SASKATCHEWAN TE with the number 646-360-1661.  These same people had called before from 646-360-1659.  He said he'd leave me a message and he did with my sister.  He said his name was Douglas Matthew and that the company was TKA and to call to 866-923-5193.  Don't know what it is about, but I am looking for work and I hate these people taking advantage especially when you are unemployed.
