I got a call almost word for word that Maureen got. They tell you they are apralegals but in fact are just another collection agency, one that the address is not even the correct address per police department. Told them I was going to have my legal department at work look into it and told them that IF I owed anything, it was only a couple of ***dred dollars, not thousands.  My legal department and our financial department state that this is illegal for this company to threaten with these obscene amounts, and that anyone getting these calls should tell them that they are disputing amount and that per the Federal Trade Commission this is an illegal attempt to force people to pay so all coorespondence MUST be in writing.

I was in the hospital having surgery for cancer and a Michael Johnson called threatening my mother that he was going to go to the hospital with a summons and complaint about some fake bill, he gave her no info just scared her into calling this T**** at 866-934-2660 and giving her $1000.00 on thier credit card. Not knowing my mother did it and did not inform me of this til just recently, I have my attorney looking into this to see what we can do.
