yes, and they are a nightmare, because they give you a 10-day grace period but even though you pay on one day, and it clears from your bank on another day (say, 3 days later) and its still within the 10 days, they somehow hold off processing the transaction so that they can give you a late charge. then they apply next payments to total balance due...so that you end up paying an incomplete amount so they can give you more late charges. They are a SCAM company, and you should curse the day you were ever thrown into their hands by a previous lender!!I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau for these illegal billing practices of theirs, and they agreed to return my late fees.... BUT they s****ed up with it a***n immediately. I also DID have the payments on auto-pay, by the way, and even though they set up the date to take the money from the bank, they still claimed I got late charges for those months! There's no way to stop their corruption. In one particular conversation, they c****ed the story FOUR (4) times about where the mysteries 'fees' had come from...your first sign that if you think they're *****ing you, they are...and they have a laundry list of excuses prepared to tire you out so you'll give up and pay them more than your agreement.But if you keep going back to the Better Business Bureau and report what they do--as big a headache as it is-- you can keep them on their toes. So sad they have so little integrity as a company. Real monsters.

This is a company called SST. If you recive calls from them then you either have a loan mostly auto with them or someone you know does and has you as a refrence and they haven't paid. Word to the wize if you have a loan with them. Answer the call it is their rules at SST to call you everyday all day till you answer and tell them when you are going to pay them. I go thru it ever month. And until you tell them they will call everyday all day. It isn't the person on the phone fault we, and yes I said we cause have SSt too and I pay at the 10 day grace period cut off too, it isn't the person on the phones fault it is ours and it is the rules set by the owners and if the reps dont follow them they get fired. I have spoken to the higher ups there about these calls and nothing can be done about it. So just tell them so****ing lie if you have to then when the day comes you were suppost to pay call back if you cant and so on.

The call is from SST.  They are an automated payment system usually used by money lenders for collection of payments.
