They continue to call me on a daily basis even after I tell them to take my name off of their database, so one day I decided to ask to speak to the manager.  This is the information that I got from him.Company Name: EZ1RateRepresentative I spoke to: Joe MalanManager I spoke to: Josh HebbyPhone Number: 1-800-923-8939Address: 120 Rosebury Ave., Carson City, NV 85723CEO of company: Jack NelsonI wanted him to give me the CEO's direct line and also the company's attorney information so that my attorney can contact them about harrassment.  Josh Hebby would not give it to me when he heard that.  I told him that I have told his company countless times to take my name off the list with little success.  He said he will take my name off and promises that it will be taken off.  I asked for an email confirmation to verify his statement and he said no.  He then told me to have a good day and ***g up.  I'm not sure if they're going to call me back or not after this conversation with the manager.Next time anyone calls you from this number, ask to speak to the manager.  Then ask for all the information that I asked for.  Then keep asking for their attorney information until they get annoyed and make sure you mention wanting to have your attorney contact them because of harrassment by their company.  I hope this helps.

the guy presented himself from a company EZ1Rates offering me $300 in gas coupons.  Not gas cards but gas coupons with a free calling card.  How in the world do you have coupons for gas.  He told me at 1st that I didn't have to pay or sign up for anything, and then asked for my CC# to verify I was over the age of 18.

Where is the FCC or FEd Trade Commission or some govt agency that prosecutes it someone gets calls and they are on a do not call list?  this caller is awful, but govt service on this issue is even worse.

THis guy calls me 2 times in a row, saying his name is shane, I **** up, he calls me a 3rd time, ( same guy im 100 percent sure) says his name is David, I say, I thought you just said your name was shane? Your obviously scamming me if your lyeing about your name, he ****s up. Im so ****ed at these people.

I get call after call after call from the doushwaffles at 1-866-936-0451 when I am not at home to answer. No message no ***a. Just one time I'd like the "chat" with them for about 20 seconds or so. I'm guessing scam of some kind. How to I stop them?

I answered by accident... some guy with an accent sait he was from EZ1 or EV1...I could not understand.Told him I was on the do not call list and he kept on talking!

ALwayas calls but doesn't leave any messages. It's bothersome and annoying

Don't bother it's a scam.They are trying to give away $300 gas gift cards.I am smarter than that ****. They needed my cc number to pay for the "shipping".I looked up the name he gave me... ez1rate... just google it and you'll see how these *****jobs operate. He persisted that I go with it and I told him I didn't have $4. He then asked me if I could borrow the $4 and I said outloud at my office what he said and everyone laughed.

calls never say anything when i call back they dont answer

Been called by this number 4 times to which i havent been able to answer but when i call it back it doesnt ring it just ****s up after 10 seconds
