Leave a CommentI got calls from this 866 number, and I have nothing to do with Citizen's Bank or Charter One Collection or any other similar sounding organizations. I called the number back after seeing it on my caller ID and a woman answered. I asked who it was, she said "IB Bank.". The woman asked me what my name was and if I knew Amy Graff. Well, I be consumer: I didn't know Amy Graff and told her that I didn't want anymore calls from this number. The next day, the number appeared a***n on my caller ID.
