Every time I go to answer this call there is no one there.  If I don't answer they leave a message with a claim no. to take to a website I cannot find.  My credit is good.  I am no later than 30 days on most bills, most being on time.  There are a few medical bills behind as we have had life threatening illnesses in our family with uninsured members and are doing our  best to see those paid.. Why does this co. think its good practice to HARASS people this way?  Even if they are legit, they  use very poor and probably not very productive practices.  How can I get a bill paid if there is no address or name or phone no. for me to get back to and they don't state the specific debt?  So Mr Quit Whining...grow a soul and wake up, there is no legitimacy to this type of technique and in the day and age of iden***y theft...it's plain ******.

The founder is Steven SANDS and yeah it's his real name. Also CCS isn't the type of agency that buys debts so it takes up to 30 days from when accounts are placed for them to be reported to your credit, as they are pretty new, don't worry, it'll be there eventually! Also...yes 3 mailing addresses in MA, 1 for regular mail in payments, 1 for express or overnight payments and 1 for dispute, cease and desist or other types of letters. The addresses in NH are just addresses to offices. If you are getting a message and it says someone elses name common sense would say to call the # (which you all obviously have on your caller I.D.) and tell them its a wrong #. Being on a DNC list WILL NOT STOP A COLLECTION AGENCY from calling. DNC is for solicitors only. And also, Busted- the people who are taking advantage? Debtors who don't pay their bills.

I received a 2 recorded messages from this number in the last week and I became slightly concerned.  So I checked my credit report and everything was fine.  I then went on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website to check this company out....  Its extremely sketchy, there are 4 different companies listed with very similar names and awful BBB ratings. Credit Collection Services (D+), Credit Collection Services (F), Credit Collection Services Group (F), Credit Collection Services aka CCS (F). One in *****chusetts and two in New Hampshire.  On BBB web page they state that Credit Collection Service has THREE mailing addresses in Ma.2 Wells AvenueNewton, MA 02459P.O. Box 55126Boston, MA 02205P.O. Do you all not hear of theif iden***y.   WHOM are you looking for???? Do not expect someone to reveal themseves to anyone especaially over the phone.  STOP calling if you can not find that person in which whom you seek. It is called harrassment to anyone if even if you deal an incorrect number.

The caller has a recording indicates a person name said if this is not the party **** up but continues to call the same number from time to time a***n.  A returned call to the namer and they continue to harris on the phone.  I you expect help Identify who you are and what type of company who you are.   Quit harrising.

The is a pres recorded message that is being sent a cell phone.  I know there are laws for certain enties that limit a certain time to make a call.  If you can not identify yourselves when calling you are waisting time.

Definitely at least poses as a debt collection agency. Call any time, any day of the week. Really really annoying.

yeah i receive these calls all the time its kind of annoying after awhile they say there collecting adebt give you a reference number yi have even answered the phone and there is no body ever there

Daily calls from this number do not stop even after advising them that the party they seek does not reside here and I have never heard of the name. I guess it it time to file a report with the Attorney General's Office for harrassment and illegal practices. This number is on ALL DNC lists. Suggest they get their house in order. Call multiple times a day.

I receive frequent calls from this number asking for a person that I don't know.  It is a pre-recorded message that gives a file number to reference and a website URL.  When I press "0" to speak to a live person, it's res****s the recorded message. I finally called the number back and spoke with a representative and she stated that she would remove my number from that account.
